DCU Access to the Workplace

DCU Access to the Workplace offers professional summer internships for DCU Access students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds and for neurodivergent students.

Research from the Higher Education Authority indicates that graduates from disadvantaged areas still earn less than their peers from affluent areas, even when holding the same degrees and grades.

It is vital for companies of all sizes to review their recruitment processes and the programs they participate in to help transform lives and societies for a better future.

GMC Utilities Group is pleased to welcome Evan for the summer. Evan is our first DCU ATTW Intern and is currently pursuing a Business Degree at DCU. We have designed a program for Evan that allows him to experience various departments, giving him a broad perspective on potential career paths.
