GMC Utilities Group have been awarded the Design and Build project for the Lenamore Wind Farm grid connection in Tarbert, County Kerry. This project is a design and build of a 20 kV grid connection between the Leanamore Wind Farm and the ESB Killpaddoge sub-station on the outskirts of Tarbert.
The works consist of the installation of 5.2km of ESB approved infrastructure and the installation/commissioning of the MV cabling.
GMC Utilities Group have the role of the PSCS and PSDP for these works in addition to liaison with key stakeholders. The project is scheduled to commence Q1 of 2017.
