Protected Cycle Lane Pilot Project – Swords

GMC Utilities Group, working on behalf of Fingal County Council, in conjunction with the National Transport Authority will commence works next week on the installation of protected cycle lanes in Swords.

The works will involve the installation of a concrete kerb and sign delineators for the cycle lanes along with an upgrade on existing junction / cycle lane interface.

The project is expected to take ten weeks to complete and will take place on both sides of Rathingle Road and River Valley Road.
